Administration of Deceased estates

Administration of estates is a process whereby after the death of a person, his or her assets are collected and thereafter distributed to the rightful heirs.

Drafting of Wills

A last will and testament are a specialized document which should be drawn up by an attorney. Any person older than 16 years is allowed to make a will and choose their power of attorney, in order to determine how his or her estate should devolve upon death.

Labour Law

The traditional role of Labour law is to establish an equal balance between the competing rights of employers and employees to prevent exploitation. Simply put, Labour law regulates the relationship between employers and employees.
